More Info

What To Wear

Dress as if you're going for a nature hike. Wear closed-toe shoes like sneakers or boots—no sandals, flip-flops, or heels. If it's cool, dress in layers for comfort. Even in summer, wear long pants to protect your legs. Hats are recommended for taller passengers due to the burner’s radiant heat.

What To Bring

Pack sunscreen to protect your skin from the sun's rays during the flight, and don't forget your camera to capture stunning aerial views and special moments. Sunglasses are helpful to shield your eyes from the sun and improve visibility.

Safety Information

Your safety is our top priority. Due to weather conditions, cancellations are a regular occurrence in the Midwest. On average, guests may experience 6-8 cancellations before their scheduled flight takes place. If you decide to book a balloon ride with us, please understand that multiple cancellations may happen. Rest assured, we strive to minimize any inconvenience and ensure a smooth experience for you.
