Minga’s longest-running employee..no one knows how she does it. Elizabeth oversees all of our operations in South America.
She was born in Santo Domingo, Ecuador in 1977, and still lives there today. Elizabeth has a degree in audit accounting. Her favorite food is cream of tomato, and she likes to vacation at the beach with her family.
