Overview

Minga is all about long term sustainability. Our strong relationships with artisans and retailers is what keeps us going. To show you our appreciation for sticking with us, we introduced our Customer Loyalty Program in April 2014.

Eligibility and Program Participation

As an active customer of Minga, you are eligible and automatically enrolled!

Earning Points

Earn one (1) point for every $5 in merchandise you purchase from Minga. Points never expire as long as your account is active. 

*Points may not be redeemed for cash or gifted.

How to Check Your Loyalty Point Balance

You can check your balance by looking at the bottom of your most recent invoice, emailing us at [email protected], or calling us at 262-248-8790.

Ways to Redeem Your Rewards

Travel Expenses to Minga Sponsored Events

  • 750 points = $20 gas card* or $25 invoice credit when shopping at our warehouse in Lake Geneva, WI
  • 3000 points = One night’s hotel stay in Lake Geneva, WI**

*Submit requests to [email protected] at least 10 days before qualified event.

Customized Marketing Materials

  • 1000 points = Customized marketing card bundle (500 cards). Include your logo, address, and other information to market your brand using Minga’s pre-designed marketing cards! Please allow 6-8 weeks for marketing materials to be delivered.

Show Fees

  • 750 points = $25 in booth, table or entrance fees where Minga products are sold. No limits! If you’re active and have the points, we pay the bill! Fees will be paid by Minga Fair Trade Imports as a sponsor directly to the organizing entity.

Product Display Items

*Gas cards will be distributed by Minga when visiting our warehouse. Place your request and schedule your visit at least one day in advance, please.
